HORRIBLE. IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. I came in for a haircut and my hair was below my breasts before the cut my stylist agreed he would only cut about 1-2 cm at MAX and 6inches of hair fall to the floor. I just wanted a layer refresh and some French bangs. HE CUT MY HAIR INTO A BOB. My bangs were not cut properly he just cut a line straight across. My hair just looks like stairs now. My hairdresser was coughing and hacking the entire time. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.
My husband gave me a gift certificate for valentines so i took the day off work to try out the salon for the first time. the morning of my appt they sent me a text saying my appt was canceled as the staff member has an eye appt. not sure. how they found out about an eye appointment. when i explained that i took an entire day off for this And asked if they had other staff to call in (as most places would) I received a "canned message" back stating the heath and safety of their staff is very important.
