Love , Love Lorna Jane Valencia! I come in every Monday to check out the new stuff and it's the highlight of my week. My weekly visit would t be complete without seeing my LJ gals. The customer service is top notch! They are always there with a warm welcome and enthusiasm for what they do. It's contagious! Great customer service is hard to find now a days however they never fall short here! If there are any issues ( rarely) they take care of immediately. My pants ripped the first time I wore them. During my class!! It was my first pair from Lorna Jane that I was trying out but looks like I'll be sticking with lululemon. Not only for quality but customer service. I've had to make one too many trips to the mall to try and get a replacement. It'll be over 3 trips by the time I hopefully get a replacement. This experience has been very inconvenient and upsetting. I will not only never buy again but I will let all my friends and fitness groups know to avoid this place.
