Dr Brudie is a knowledgeable physician but she does not believe in pain management. I had a total open hysterectomy (with midline incision) a little over a year ago. I cried and begged for pain medication during my recovery period and for the first 24 hours after procedure. All of the PACU nurses kept asking my nurse what was wrong and when she told them who my surgeon was they said…”Oh that makes sense now”. Dr Brudie was incredibly the best physician to guide me through my ‘scary’ diagnosis. She was positive and after hysterectomy surgery the results were noninvasive. I’m pleased to know Dr Brudie will be my consultant if any future diagnosis appear
Dr. Lorna Brudie on August 6, 2024 @ St. Lukes Hospital did a robotic Total Hysterectomy on me, I really recommend her She has a lovely bedside manner, She's Passionate, Caring, She knows her stuff, I would recommend her to anyone who needs this Procedure, Many Surgeons aren't really recognized on what Awesome things they do, So I just had to address her... I think she's the Best and afterwards min. Pain....
My experience with Dr.Brudie was amazing. She is knowledgeable and confident. She was upfront and clear about the procedure. Thankfully no caner was found, however, there was a complex cyst and scar tissue from a previous surgery that made this a complex procedure. She was very attentive and made sure you were getting proper care . I was fortunate and blesses to have her.
