Ariana was very helpful she always has a smile
I had spoken to Ariana over the phone prior to opening my LorMet accounts. I liked what I heard and opened 2 CD's today. I went to the Avon Lake office. Ariana took care of me - I don't know how she kept everything separate! Very efficient! Everyone there was so nice. I'm very happy to be doing business with LorMet.
I recently needed to wire transfer $50,000 from my savings account to my sons American Express checking account and, as usual, went to my Avon Lake Branch where the Branch Supervisor, Joe Pack assisted me. Unfortunately, my sons financial institution would not accept a wire transfer from me. Joe went out of his way to contact American Express to find out what my alternatives were.
