The reception staff behaved very unprofessionally. When we asked about the timing, we were told it would take about one hour, but we ended up waiting for more than two hours. When I inquired again, the receptionist's lady said they made a mistake by even accepting our application. This was very disappointing and unprofessional behavior.
Dr. Rizwan Shaikh is an exceptional family doctor. He is caring, patient, and always takes the time to listen and address any concerns thoroughly. His explanations are clear, and he truly makes you feel heard and supported. The clinic is well-run, and the staff are professional and friendly. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Shaikh as my family doctor — highly recommended to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care!
