Saturday, October 18, 2025 I received a reminder of a class on Tuesday, October 21. I explained I was in the ICU with my husband and asked if I could please get a credit towards another class and was told no as it was too short notice! I explained I was a repeat class customer with a husband in the ICU. They said policy would not allow! I asked if the $120 dollars was worth losing a long term customer and they hung up on me! Lori's Kitchen Store is a cozy place to shop and learn how to cook a great variety of recipes through the weekly cooking classes that are offered! You can tell that Lori, Tessa, and Beth put so much love and care into every detail of their customer's experience. Every recipe I have tried is absolutely delectible. Every item I have purchased is the highest quality. Anyone can find a reason to smile in this store. I highly recommend LKS to all who are visiting the Washington area. You won't regret it!
