I have made an appointment with Kim for hair cut, when I arrived on time and I told Kim that I have an appointment with her, she said everyone always tells her they have an appointment, then she went by first come first serve. Am I stupid made appointment with Kim? When I was done to pay Kim, she said she preferred cash, not credit card, so I paid cash to her, then she said I need to give her at least 15% tip. I would NEVER want to go there for haircut again, Kim was so rude.

Best salon ever! They did a hair color treatment, covering all over and with partial highlights. It's exactly what we discussed. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth it.
