I am reviewing Backwoods Cigars, Hiney Bourbon flavor. I truly enjoy the cigars. I buy a box or two at a time. Great flavor, lit or unlit. My only problem is over the past 4 or so months, the quality of rolled cigar has been going down. In each boxing get 3 or 4 cigars that are broken, with holes or tears. Today in one pouch I had 2 cigars that were either not rolled closed or only halfway done. I hope that someone could fix this issue. Honey Berry cigars, Backwoods has no consistency in taste. 1+ of 10 cigars have holes in the outer roll. Just says
Terrible customer service, trash products, no quality control. They won’t even make anything right. They screw people and smile.
Awful company. Not tobacco. Tree bark and crocodile shyt. RJR was SOO much better
