How can you be on “phase 3” of the 3 year construction project of the Kennedy and it still looks like a 3rd world highway? They say it’s expected to be done by the end of 2025. NO CHANCE! Whatever they’re doing is criminal. The longer the project lasts, the more money they make. We are suffering in traffic while pouring our own tax dollars into this poor excuse of a “rehabilitation project”
Despicable! When millions of people are impacted by a construction project you would expect a sense of urgency and have the crew work in two shifts,instead they barely work at all.

These are the guys that tear everything up and then they disappear for months while they go and do the same thing somewhere else. Meanwhile traffic is terrible everywhere they've been and people in the area suffer and have additional wear and tear on their vehicle. Road construction companies that operate like one this should never get any contracts if this is how they do things. This is not ok.
