Lorien has been very kind to my mother and she sincerely enjoys her time there. However, if considering joining the community, new residents should stay weary of the volunteer Chelsea. I have consistently witnessed her being unkind and/or forceful with my mother and other residents. She is not patient with residents. Her therapy dog is sweet but seems unfit to be around older individuals as the dog is unclean in the spaces (leaving saliva around the space for example) and the volunteer tends to shove the dog at residents.
