I have lived at encore for the past 6 months and it’s been exceptional. Alex and his activity team are awesome and always have great attitudes and fantastic activities. The nursing staff such as Phe are outstanding and always help me when I need it. Joy in dining services is so wonderful and the food is unbelievable and you will always leave the dining hall full and happy!

I have lived at encore for the past 6 months and I couldn’t be any happier. Alex and his activity team are so fun and always have fantastic activities! The CNA team is exceptional in their work and Phe in particular makes me feel so comfortable. Joy in the dining services is amazing and food is great. You leave from the dining hall full and happy! I couldn’t feel more content anywhere else I would rather be.  Joy is a lot of fun!

Lorien Health Services We’ve encountered so many problems in this place. Here are just a few: 1) Food is awful. My mother, who is a vegetarian, asked for a vegetarian menu. The menu lists many meal options. Yet she has been served the same meal (over and over and over) - a dried out black bean burger. 2) Some (not all) of the aides have been condensing and impatient with my mom, which is demoralizing to her and her family. 3) There is no written schedule for physical therapy or occupational therapy.
