Lori has a horrible bedside manner. I had never met Lori previous to my Urology appointment Dec 2025. She walks in the room and the first thing she says is " We don't need a babysitter do we?". I"m assuming she was asking if I wanted a nurse or someone else in the room since she was going to do an exam. How is one supposed to respond to that? Maybe she thought it was funny but as a victim of SA I felt it was extremely unprofessional and unnerving. She also did not warn me that inserting the catheter was going to be painful! ... read more
McKay and Lori were great to work with on a very sensitive medical issue. I feel I can trust the staff at IHC Urilogical to take care of my old man issues.
I had to call and told them I was going to be late because I was at another appointment so they canceled the appointment and said to come a different day. Yesterday I had an appointment and I had to wait 1 1/2 hours before I got into see the doctor!
