Went in for a specific follow-up service, after I waited for over an hour, they were out of product to do treatment. Then rescheduled me but still charged me for the appointment. Egregious and unethical!
Very poor service!!
My friend left here and was sobbing because of how horrible her bedside manner was. Nothing was answered for her. She left there feeling like she didn’t get any answers and she felt like an INCONVENIENCE. I’m sorry but whoever thinks that it’s okay to make someone feel stupid for not knowing whats wrong with them then they shouldn’t be in the job position they are in. Providers are there to help not make patients cry. 0/10 recommend.
TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MATTERS. She was rude, nasty, and I will NOT be back. She did not address all of my concerns. Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone of color.?
