I have been going to this practice for many, many years. I continue to go here for Dr. Sweitzer. However, even when I call her line or the nurses line now, I never get a call back for any questions or concerns in regards to results I get back. Prior to being Capital Women's care, it was a wonderful practice. All, the folks that worked there prior to Capital Women's Care taking over, seem to have up and left over the past few years - and while the new staff is nice - some don't seem to have the level of care or concern for pa... read more
Dr. Sweitzer has been my Doctor for over 14 years and never had an issue. Always friendly and professional.
This doctor randomly performed a surgery for me that I was told by someone in her office I needed for her to ask me why the surgery was performed. She was incredibly cold and her office is obviously super disorganized.
Dr. Sweitzer is excellent—I’ve been her patient for many years and truly trust her care. However, since the practice was acquired by Capital Women’s Care, the overall service has declined significantly. It has become very difficult to schedule appointments, and calls often go unanswered. On multiple occasions when I had urgent concerns, I left messages but never received a response and had to seek care at urgent care instead. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Sweitzer, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. She is compassionate, empathetic, patient, and extremely professional. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. She took the time to ask why I was there and if I had any additional concerns I wanted to discuss.
