She listens and makes a plan with you based on you as an individual. She has fantastic staff that are kind, smart and easily accessible. She genuinely cares. She has an amazing bedside manner. She checks on you and makes sure your needs are being met. Again, she and the staff have all procedures worked out ahead of time. I have been going to this practice for many, many years. I continue to go here for Dr. Sweitzer. However, even when I call her line or the nurses line now, I never get a call back for any questions or concerns in regards to results I get back for labs ordered. Prior to being Capital Women's care, it was a wonderful practice. The old nurses cared. Examples: Had concerning question over blood work level for something specific - called months ago, no return call at all. Called again a week later - no return call again. Gave up ... read more
