Lori was super helpful and patient with us. She also was very knowledgeable and supportive even while knowing we were shopping mortgages. When we had a hiccup at closing (not related to Lori or CCM) she bent over backwards to ensure we closed with the rate we had locked and did an excellent job taking care of us.
