Dr. Lori Roses was exemplary in helping my hearing aide experience. She did not rush me into my decision of getting hearing aids. She suggested I go an ENT to make sure I had no medical conditions with my ears. I checked several places before coming back to her. She found a program for me to save money. I am very comfortable with my hearing aids. I feel if I have any problems I can call or stop by the office anything. She will take care of you!!!
Dr. Lori is so knowledgeable & informative about your hearing capabilities. I have never had such a thorough audiology exam (even at a popular ENT’s office), including all the graphs and charts explaining what I was actually missing in conversations. When she tried the hearing aids on me, then turned them off … I was shocked, realizing how much I needed them. (I expected the ENT’s audiologist to do this but she never offered or explained).
