I had been with a doctor that shared the office with Lori. And from day 1 when she came in she was unfriendly, so I made sure my appointments were set with My Doctor. Well now my doctor has left, my prescriptions are out. The doctor I was supposed to go to Mckenzie decided no we cant. So I called to see if Lori would help.I received a smart remark that im not her patient And she didn't authorize me to be her patient. Lori is a great provider for the whole family. She treats my children and myself. Scheduling is great and we schedule regular appointments for all 3 of us in one day. She listens and communicates well about our concerns and her’s. She will find you additional resources to find medical answers when necessary. My confidence and satisfaction of her medical abilities had me follow her from a previous medical practice to her current practice.
