Im 65 years old. I relocated to Ft Lauderdale several years ago. Lori is absolutely the best doctor i have ever been to . Absolutely wonderful person and doctor!

Whom ever the intake/receptionist was on Wednesday 28 November at 7:47 am should be given the most thorough reprimand for her handling of customers/patients. She's guilty of giving the absolute worst customer service I've experienced sinced moving to this area. I walked to the desk at 7:49, after waiting for the patient before me to check in. Im immediately advised i was supposed to be there at 7:45, and that my new patient appointment would have to be rescheduled, as there wouldn't be enough time to get my paperwork process... read more
Dr. Melvern is a good doctor. However, I have had a very discouraging time with the nurse who works for her. I have had multiple lab results done there and three out of four times, I have not been able to be in correspondence with the nurse regarding the results. The last time I had a test there, my white blood count was high and no one has told me why, that was over a month ago. Its scary when that happens.
