Assembly line. Dr.LaVelle gave similar speel to me as she did my mom and friend. The office didn't submit my simple bloodwork to insurance (or if they did I'd never paid that much before) and wouldn't give me another appt. (needed to refill medication) until I paid it. I an so disgusted with this place, I take the orenca injection once a week. Trying to get refills is a joke, my specialist faxed and called several times and it was denied. I called my insurence everything was OK on that end called the insurance at the doctors office everything was OK. I had an appointment a few weeks ago but my whole house hold had the stomach bug so now I cant get in till August well its been 4 weeks now with out my meds im in so much pain.
