Great customer service skills.
The doctor and nurse worked together as a team. I was well informed about the testing process and I was given the results on the spot. The doctor genuinely listened to my past experiences with allergy symptoms and performed the necessary tests to get to the root of the problem. I recommend this location and team for your allergy needs, for customer parking, for great check in staff, and effective communication with copayments , out of pocket costs, and customer care.
The office staff were very friendly. Dr. Kagy was very detailed and thorough in her assessment.
Everyone on staff are very courteous and helpful! We never have an extended wait time and I appreciate that everyone treats my kiddo as the patient and communicates directly with him to help him better discuss and understand his challenges with Asthma!
