So I had an 11:00 appointment today with Dr Ford. I drove all the way from Sulphur to Ardmore because they told me it would be at the hospital and to check in with registration when I get there they inform me it's an over the phone conversation and appointment. It is now 12:17 and I have yet to hear from anybody I've left two messages and called at least 10 times I cannot deal with the rudeness selfishness and incompetence of this company any longer they will be refunding me
I haven't seen her yet but my PCP Dr. Whitehouse has the greatest confident in her abilities to help me and so he made me a referral. I am praying that Dr. Ford can fix me. Even if temporarily.
Dr.Ford is an exceptional gastroenterologist. 5 stars!!
Dr. Ford and her staff have been thorough helping me solve the reason I've been having so much trouble with my stomach. They may not immediately return calls but they do always get in touch with me. I appreciate that Dr. Ford and her staff truly listen and do their level best to make me feeled heard and understood when it comes to G.I. issues.
