I purchased a $55 gift card back in early July for my sister's 60th birthday. It is now December 28th. I have called and left numerous messages, texts even spoke with people who work closely with her. She has not had the decency let alone the professional courtesy to even acknowledge the fact that I bought a massage session in good faith and trusted that she would honor my purchase and give my sister the massage that I bought for her. Lori isnt just a massage therapist she is a massage guru. Not only is she skilled in the art of massage therapy but her knowledge of the body and how it works has been priceless. She intuitively seems to find the areas that are the most stressed even when you think it’s somewhere else. You haven’t had a real massage until you’ve had a Lori Bertke massage. She’s the best!

Lori is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She always asks if I am having any problems. If I am having problems, she takes care of all of them. Her relaxation massages are wonderful. I always fall asleep. She is very knowledgeable about all forms of massage. I highly recommend her. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Lori for massage for almost 5 years. I used to have 3-4 migraines a week. Since going to her, I only have one or two a month. She is knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend her!
