Lori and her team went above and beyond. We first were going with a different lender but then our realtor got us in contact with Lori after a showing. It was after 7pm and she got us a pre-approval letter within an hour of first contact. She informed us of government grant programs that our previous lender didn't even bother with. We ended up getting approved for a grant and didn't have to pay any money up front, only $1000 earnest money. At closing we actually ended up getting a $838 check back to us!
