Another terrible insurance company! When asked why they won't continue to offer a certain policy, the answer was because they decided not to offer them anymore. I've had issue after issue with this company, including an instance where I drove around uninsured on one vehicle after they failed to reinstate after a long term vacation hold on all vehicles.
