Lori Hearn Was great and very helpful. However I would not recommend State Farm. My wife and son had a wreck that we reported. I fixed both of there vehicles with money out of my pocket and State Farm still dropped us. Really should have got them to fix the vehicles and not paid out of pocket. But you live and learn. Once again Lori was helpful but the company she works for is useless and I will recommend everyone I meet for the rest of my life to find a different insurance company.
