Our experience has been excellent! Dr Hanes and her staff are so attentive, kind and friendly. Their follow thru is the best we have ever experienced! If you are looking for a new PCP home you will find they are the best!
They told me on phone they accept my insurance. Made the appt a week out. I drive a hour from where i live out in country to come here and they say we don't accept your insurance. Are you kidding me?! Get your receptionist thats books appts straight or fire her. This is beyond ridiculous!!! 0 starts 0, 0 stars disgusting waste of time.
Allowed me to make an appointment months ago to see Lori Haines, MD. When I showed up for the appointment, I was told that they accept my insurance company but not for new patients. The explanation was , "Sorry, new receptionist." Total BS!
