Dr. Lori Bigi is phenomenal !! She is knowledgeable, professional, competent, and a compassionate physician. As if that is not enough, the office staff, nurses, and all who come in contact with us are efficient and polite. This medical office is a standard to be achieved by every medical practice.
Dr. Bigi is the most thorough and compassionate PCP I've ever had. I am very thankful that I found her.
I found Dr. Bigi after moving to the area and I'm so glad I did! She is patient, she explains everything in detail and gives you time to ask questions. You never feel rushed. I'd also like to say that the staff at northern medical associates on hazel lane are helpful too! Having a cheerful presence makes a difference!
