I've been a "customer/patient" for many years. I choose Dr. Lori Gallaher as my family doctor, because she doesn't treat me like a "one size fits all patient." In fact, I told her I chose her because I felt she will keep me alive longer, than a doctor to whom I'm just a paying customer.
