I saw Dr. Zeitler for some years before he left this practice. Personable, caring, sense of humor, always had reviewed my chart before he entered the room, know "where I was at" as of the most recent prior appointment and knew my history. I very much hated to see him leave and have not managed a satisfactory replacement since.
I used to love having Dr. Tan as my doctor till she moved to Cedar Rapids. I feel my care went downhill since she changed locations. I am in the process of trying to find a new primary doctor but it's kinda hard with the covid-19 stuff going on and now since I haven't gotten a new doctor, and I need refills on my medication Dr. Tan and her horrible nurse are denying me my refills telling the pharmacy that im not a patient there anymore and will not let me get the medications that I need. Dr. Truszkowski has been my gastroenterologist for 14 years. My family physician recognized something wrong in my routine test results in 2006 but didn't know why the numbers were off. She wisely referred me to Dr. Truszkowski. At my first appointment he correctly diagnosed a fairly rare autoimmune condition I'd developed even before further testing confirmed it. I can always count on Dr. T to answer all my questions and to tailor my treatment specifically to my needs and my concerns.
Love, love LOVE her. I have a nursing back ground and feel she is so thorough, very up to date, listens carefully and yet very friendly and caring. Spent almost 1.5 hours with me on initial visit. So impressed!! She had also taken care of my elderly mother and was wonderful with her as well. Would highly recommend her to all.
I have been a patient of Dr. Zeitler since 1993. He is a very caring and competent physician. My mother was also a patient of Dr. Zeitler. I will continue to use his services indefinitely and am very pleased with him and his staff.
Dr. Krupp is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I wish I could see him as my primary care. He truly understands mind-body connection. In other words, he is concerned and highly skilled at helping you as a whole person, not just your body. He led me through what was a pretty traumatic experience with humor, kindness and clarity. In the end I felt much less stressed out and therefore more ready to heal.
I don't even know where to begin. I love Dr Krupp. I give him 1,000,000 stars ??He help me tremendously with my anxiety numerous of times I saw him in the ER. He also takes the time to talk and explain to you everything that's going on. Linda Jackson
