They took my money and ran. Lori Mead won’t answer calls, texts, and emails. Nobody is at her office in Chatham.
Lori Designs would receive a Zero rating if available. We ordered shutters from Lori in November 2021 and they still have not been installed nearly a year later. She lied about when she placed the order (which was not until 6 months after I signed the proposal and gave a 50% deposit), ordered the wrong size shutters and and has refused to complete her contracted work. She is dishonest and unprofessional. I would strongly encourage anyone considering her services to look elsewhere.
We had a whole house install 6 years ago of Hunter Douglas shades and blinds. We are unable to raise the 5 foot shade in our dining room and have been trying to get service from Lori. We aren’t getting any help from her after more than two weeks of asking for help. She is not responsive and we are very unhappy after paying her a hefty sum for her product. I don’t recommend this dealer at all! Good product and horrific service.
Lori is absolutely amazing at creating a space that you can "own" from décor to spatial organizing . If you are working from home and need to differentiate your work space from your family space, Lori Designs is the place to call!
