If you want to be over-billed and under-represented, hire LCM. I reported her to the Colorado bar who spent an enormous amount of time investigating her so-called representation and she blatantly fabricated details to her benefit which prevented her from being reprimanded. My divorce was complicated because of my ex's health, but her missing court filings, court hearings and failing to respond to opposing counsel cost me financially and thus delayed every matter. My experience with Lori Moseley were very similar to the posting below. The costs to represent me exceeded her level of representation. Lori was present during my case, but her professional council and involvement towards my best interest was minimal.
I hired attorney Lori Crandall Moseley to handle my divorce. Her interest in my case stopped almost immediately after I hired her and gave her a sizeable retainer. Ms. Moseley misrepresented the scope of her services when I hired her as she assured me she had ample experience in federal annuities. She also double billed by charging to email me documents, and then sending me hard copies of the exact same things.
