Dr Bagai is a dentist who cares about her patients. Each time I go in I am greeted by several friendly, professional office staff. They instantly put me at ease. Dr Bagai and her dental staff are professional, friendly and caring as well. Dr Bagai suggested a plan to fix current problems (fillings, crowns, cleaning) and a plan to perserve my teeth for the future (invisilines). With each procedure, they made me feel comfortable. I trusted the them to perform the work suggested and improve my future dental health.
Dr Bagai and her team I originally gave a 5 star review but I am changing to one star. The reason is the technician had a hair on his glove from running his gloved hand through his hair after he walked off to get a tool, while preparing to glue a crown back on and then put it in my mouth when using the tool he got. He also dropped my crown twice on the floor and supposedly went to "sterilize" it, but wasn't gone long enough to do that. Hopefully he at least cleaned it in the sink. Warning I have posted a review about this dentist office and it's gone and all of a sudden this lady has five stars I believe that she is paying somebody to add positive reviews because there was a lot of people complaining about her and the way she treats her employees and her patients I literally am leaving a different dentist right now because of all the damage that Dr Lori Bagai has cost not only is it unreversible she has not been accountable for anything that she did to me and she took all my money and she has tried to... read more
Dr Bagai and her team I give 5 stars for being outstanding! Dr Bagai and her team are customer committed. What I mean by that is you can see and feel their commitment to you. It shows in the service level starting from the front off staff, technicians, all the way up to Dr Bagai. It's expert care. It shows in each step taken from the moment you walk in. They really care about your feelings, and what your experiencing. They are awesome!
