Kind and caring staff, had a lot to get done and did their absolute best to ensure I was always comfortable.
- In 2019, I came in for a scheduled wisdom teeth removal which I had been told repeatedly would cost $400 for the complete service. I had tripled checked the price multiple times to be sure, and they continuously told me that the $400 price completely covered the procedure including being put under. On the day of the wisdom teeth removal, I came in and they told me that it was actually $800 to be put under and $400 only covered the procedure with local anesthesia. I could not afford $800. I am going to continue with the nightmare I am dealing with... First of, I wish I would have looked into what a dentist do and the years of experience... Definitely look at reviews. Well I am convinced that Lori Bagai does not know a thing about dentistry. She removed my teeth and did not put any bone graph.... Looks like NO DENTIST THAT HAS EXPERIENCE WOULD LET YOU WALK OUT OF THERE OFFICE WITHOUT ADDING BONE GRAPH TO YOUR GUMS BECAUSE WHERE THERE IS NO TOOTH THE GUMS SHRINK... If I could give zero stars I would! Constant calls to come in for an appointment and I have notified them FOR YEARS THAT WE HAVE MOVED FROM ORANGE COUNTY. it been 2.5 years of calls. I block the numbers and they call from different ones. When we were patients there the office was unorganized, had no bedside manner and had a high turnover rate for front desk personnel. Do not associate yourself with this establishment.
This is an update... Lori Bagai has still not contacted me to help me actually fix my teeth, however I got a call about a promotion last week... The lady that called me is very pleasant. I explained to her how her boss ripped me off and butcher my gums where now I have 3 hollow spaces in my gums because this lady charged me an arm legs and part of my gums to butcher me.
