Well I am convinced that Lori Bagai does not know a thing about dentistry. She removed my teeth and did not put any bone graph.... If I could give zero stars I would! Constant calls to come in for an appointment and I have notified them FOR YEARS THAT WE HAVE MOVED FROM ORANGE COUNTY. it been 2.5 years of calls. I block the numbers and they call from different ones. When we were patients there the office was unorganized, had no bedside manner and had a high turnover rate for front desk personnel. Do not associate yourself with this establishment.
This is an update... Lori Bagai has still not contacted me to help me actually fix my teeth, however I got a call about a promotion last week... The lady that called me is very pleasant. I feel strongly that I need to share my experience with this dental practice because their business practices are unacceptable and genuinely frustrating. First and foremost, let's talk about their reviews. I was actually offered a gift card by the office staff in exchange for leaving them a 5-star review. This is incredibly shady. They try to hide their high pressure sales tactics by disguising it as "we haven't heard from you in awhile". Lies, lies and more lies. My last visit the technician left a hair in my mouth from his glove, that he must have just run through his hair. He dropped my crown on the floor twice and didn't sterilize cause he wasn't gone long enough to do it. I keep telling them to stop calling and they won't. I block their number now they call me on Sunday from another number.
