Dr.Lori is a great doctor and person. Have been seeing her for 6+ years and always easy to talk to. Both physical and personal care.

I called about a new patient appoitment as we just moved to area. I submitted my info and they were willing to take me. Waited 3.5 weeks for the appointment. The day of I get a call 2 hrs before my appointment she has an emergency and has to cancel. Ok. I understand. When can you get me in……6 weeks into October. OMG. Are you kidding? I just moved here. I have some heath issues I need to follow and in total waiting almost 9.5 weeks to get into the appointment. Scheduler really couldn’t have cared less. Hope she is worth the w... read more
Dr. Austin is very patient, caring and a great listener. She and her nurse Crystal are always so prompt on responding to questions on the portal and guiding me on the best care possible. I would definitely recommend her!
Lori is great, but when it came time to make an appointment for a check up it had been awhile and the clerk advised I would be considered a new patient and she wasn’t seeing any new patients. Pseudo rude, extremely unhelpful, and very unconcerned.
