Came into ER after a serious fall that resulted in 3 fractures in my lower vertebrae. Dr. Stolz was amazing, present, engaging and very kind and reassuring. She was also very knowledgeable and thorough checking to ensure spinal stability, internal bleeding and pain management. I was truly impressed. I could have not asked for better care and fully trusted all of her protocols. Her and her team have set me up for success on my road to recovery.
Lots I could say but lets leave it at, I questioned her taking me seriously because she made a decision that made it clear to me she did not read my chart at all (her medication choice was contradictory to one of my presenting symptoms and is known to worsen it.) Then because I did that it escalated into being spoken to poorly by this doctor. My notes do not accurately represent most of what I said, even the things she put in quotes. Proceed with caution to ensure this doctor knows what ALL is going on with you.
