Great for your formal wear If you want to get your wedding dress or your daughters prom dress cleaned, this is the place to go. They take extra special care to be sure your garments are cleaned and preserved so you can either wear it again, ot just store it. The staff is really friendly, and will listen to all your concerns. They really treat your special dresses like they are their own.
LEATHER NIGHTMARE!!! Brought in my brand new suede jacket for cleaning that had only been worn for a few hours and had some makeup on the chest area. I asked the lady at the counter if it could be cleaned and she said of course. They said they needed a full week to clean the jacket but when i went to pick up the jacket, it was not ready. No one had called to let me know it would not be ready. They again said they needed a few more days. When I called to check on it again - it was still not ready. This was an Express Suede Jacket that came in with a Big Ring in the front.Express Suede Jackets are not the best quality. You can never make a suede jacket the same as brand new. This jacket came out 99% perfect.When the factory makes these jackets they use many different skins.
