Had appointment for a specific follow-up service, waited over an hour, they were actually out of product to do my service. Had to get rescheduled but they still charged me for this visit. So unethical and just tacky.

Very poor service!!
My friend left here and was sobbing because of how horrible her bedside manner was. Nothing was answered for her. She left there feeling like she didn’t get any answers and she felt like an INCONVENIENCE. I’m sorry but whoever thinks that it’s okay to make someone feel stupid for not knowing whats wrong with them then they shouldn’t be in the job position they are in. Providers are there to help not make patients cry. 0/10 recommend.
