Requested a quote online for Elliott Insurance in Loretto on Friday. Called Tuesday afternoon to check up on it. The lady that answered acted like I was stupid and stated that it wouldn't come to her and let her find out who it would've went to...…another lady comes on the phone "hey" and I said yes then she said who were you holding for..... I was done after that. They did not seem to have it together.
