Lorettas Flowers Loretta's has good customer service. My husband uses them regularly for me and I once complained about the quality of the roses they delivered as the roses died within 48 hours. Upon receipt of my complaint, they immediately sent out a new/replacement arrangement to me, free of charge. I've recently walked into their location to pickup flowers for a friend and they made the arrangement for me, on the spot, very quickly. I recommend them and will continue to use them.

Loretta's Flowers I have used Loretta's for quite a few years. Our most memorable was our wedding which thanks to them was gorgeous.

Terrible customer service Loretta's Flowers was responsible for providing all the flowers for my mother-in-law's memorial service on November 23, 2008. They did not send any flowers whatsoever. Since we had moved the memorial from an outdoor setting to a local church due to the cold temperatures, these flowers were vital to providing the "natural" setting that my wife's mother had wanted. Loretta's Flowers They are located in the Gilead Rd shopping center with Food Lion. Great location to get all of your shopping done. Great selections including greenery choices. They stay pretty busy so call ahead if you need a lot of time with the designer.
