As a person with multiple implants in my heart they tried to convince me it was ok to come in and have a consultation done without antibiotics. We will just put our fingers in your mouth with gloves on. $165 they were gonna charge me and i would have showed up and not been able to get anything done. Very unprofessional and very crazy to me that they don't know a person with implants is supposed to take antibiotics before hand. I’ve always been scared to get my wisdom teeth removed, but from the consultation to the surgery, everything was an excellent experience. Dr. Loretta made me feel comfortable and confident in trusting her with the procedure. Her team of ladies was also awesome—friendly, professional, and supportive. Let me start this by I am not one to give reviews at all especially not negative because I know they can be detrimental to a business, HOWEVER if I could give zero stars to this establishment I would!!! EVERYONE in this practice is extremely rude, Loretta herself is the worst of them all, she is NASTY and has a horrible attitude, she should not be working with children at all! Great experience, very friendly staff Got all four wisdom teeth removed, Dr Schueler and staff were great through the whole experience. From the consultation, to the removal, to explaining the healing process and then the final checkup to make sure everything healed properly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was worried about getting them removed, but Dr Schueler and staff made it as easy as possible Would recommend
