I want to check my mail which is a mile down the street and all of a sudden I noticed that my panel notifications say my rear tire has nine psi. Of course I didn’t even go home. I went straight down the street thank God a mile and a half away is Lorenzo’s. I’m going to be quite honest. I thought that this was an all Hispanic shop meaning that there would be no English speaking here. I still went, and I was really pleased because what I heard was WRONG. Pésimo lugar no lo recomiendo a nadie!!! Lleve a balancear las ruedas de mi carro. La inoperancia de los que trabajan allí es terrible. No podían sacar una de las ruedas, y empezaron a los martillazos. Dañaron el sensor de ABS de esa rueda y se activo el alerta de ABS en el panel. Fui solo para balancear las ruedas y terminaron haciendo un desastre!!!!
They don’t even deserve one star I took my vehicle in for alignment and was told I need shocks as well. I went ahead with the work not knowing that they do not really k ow why they are doing… Shortly after their work was done on my vehicle I had traction control light and abs light come on. I asked the young male at lorenzons to see if they could take a look and make sure it wasn’t something they missed.. I had a mechanic take care of there mistake today. They did not tighten a major screw and left my sensor wire unprotected... read more
