Guy trashed our floors, was not educated or licensed on how to properly work on flooring. Walked away with our money on a complete hackjob. Stay away from this individual if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. We are out of $12000 from paying, repairs, mortgage, and rent from our old place. Crazy how an individual can do this and go to sleep at night.
Lorenzo did a fabulous job - he worked so hard, the carpets turned out great! He is responsive, communicated on arrival time and is very experienced! Well done and thank you Lorenzo!
Carpets look and smell great
They took care of my best friends Mom who is half blind, she has been through a lot and needed Lorenzo to come out after the competitor didn't do a good enough job getting dog stains out of carpet. Can't thank you enough! Will use again!
