Dr. Lorenzo cared for my mom for decades; my mom thought the world of her! I also witnessed firsthand, Dr. Lorenzo's knowledgable, compassionate care & patient focused bedside manner. Staff is 12/10.I lived out of state, the office kindly permitted me to listen & be present by phone. Good & pleasant
Excellent. Dr L & her medical (PAs, etc) staff always explain everything thoroughly. We like Dr L so much that we have kept her as our primary care Dr even after we retired & moved 65 miles away.
Today was my first appointment with Dr Lorenzo, I found her not to be in a hurry, she answered all my questions in detail, she had done her review on my previous health records, your health is only as good as your Dr. I feel very good with her as my new Dr. Her staff was also very nice, informative and made my transition to this office easy! I've been a patient of Dr. Lorenzo's for 20+ years, as has my husband and son. She is truly my healthcare partner, as are her physician extenders (PA, NP). She listens carefully and explores other than the obvious causes. I returned for my depression meds stopping working - I've taken many over 20+ years. Rather than throwing me on a new med and moving on, she interviewed me carefully and had a vitamin D test done, as I had bariatric surgery 3 years ago. My family has been patients of Dr. Lorenzo for many, many years. There is zero follow-up now, lost test results and numerous calls to find out information. Wait forever for test results and scheduling for further testing. So disappointing, as it used to be a great practice. Good doctor, as long as you don't care about timing.
I finally received a call back for a most dry staff member, Abby, who stated Dr. Lorenzo is not accepting new patients. FYI- This site and also the answering service states otherwise. No apology from Abby and no personality what so ever, so if this is the type of staff that represents Dr. Lorenzo, We are glad that she is not accepting new patients. My staff would NEVER speak to a customer or patient, or leave a message without true empathy and care.
Used to like Dr. Lorenzo but since they had to sell the business with the Covenant take-over, she is rather scatter brained, doesn't pay attention, and leaves in the middle of an appointment - just walks out of room. Forgets labs, prescriptions, etc. Have to ask the nurses what happened. Last two appointments were a waste of time as she does not listen because she is over scheduled and far too busy for our visit. New staff is distant and rude. Phones go unanswered,
A doctor that talks to you and does not rush you in and out. Puts your health first.
