Staff is rude only nice to Americans and they don't answer the phone. If they do you're on hold for more then 20 mins like if I have all day to wait.

I CALL IN TO CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT AND NEVER ANSWER THEY MIGHT BE WALKING AROUND, IT IS VERY HARD TO TALK TO THE RECEPTIONIST. SPECIALLY IF YOU CALL AROUND 4:30 THEY ARE GETTING READY TO LEAVE. THEY SEE THE LINES BLINKING AND THEY DO NOT CARE
I love Dr Suarez and Dr Friedline The nurses are the best and the receptionist are solid !!! (El Centro office) I recommend to family and friends
