I CALL IN TO CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT AND NEVER ANSWER THEY MIGHT BE WALKING AROUND, IT IS VERY HARD TO TALK TO THE RECEPTIONIST. SPECIALLY IF YOU CALL AROUND 4:30 THEY ARE GETTING READY TO LEAVE. THEY SEE THE LINES BLINKING AND THEY DO NOT CARE
I love Dr Suarez and Dr Friedline The nurses are the best and the receptionist are solid !!! (El Centro office) I recommend to family and friends
I wish I could give a better rate but the receptionists are so rude. I’ve been there for years and the newest receptionist they are hiring are just plain rude. You walk in and all the attitude is shown on their faces. If it wasn’t for the care I get from my Doctor, I would’ve given them 1 star.
