I'd been having some issues breathing in and out of my nose and the subsequent constant air hunger that are, as you can imagine, quite burdensome to live with. From a Workers’ Compensation standpoint, this office has been irregularly difficult to work with. Their administrative staff struggles to answer or return phone calls, or respond via e-mail. Dr. Lorenzo Brown provided solid reporting, but his administrative staff has caused months-long delays. As of March 2025, the admin staff claims Dr. Brown is taking no new appointments.
I am a new patient, I have been calling for the past 5 days and leaving messages to schedule an appointment, never returned my call or answer when I called. Maybe he should be removed from the list if he isn't available for appointments continously!
Worst place ever I be calling them to reschedule my appointment and they don’t answer. I left them a voicemail a few days ago with my cell phone number and they haven’t call me back. Someone in there not doing their job. Smh
