I’ve lived for almost 5 years, since then they have made many changes with staffing and maintaining the properties in a timely manner. I am happier here than prior years. Front desk staff is super helpful and nice. Apartments are fairly large, parking is usually not a problem. Neighborhood is fairly safe. We all know each other.

This was the worst housing mistake I ever made. To start when I moved in, they couldn't charge me rent because no one took the time to sign my lease with me. Between the mice and receiving notices every other month about unpaid rent, that was paid, I just couldn't take anymore. In my kitchen, over the stove area, the top cabinets was a gap about an inch wide, where the mice came and went as they pleased. The trash area was just a place where everyone put their garbage.
