I find Dr. Blas and his staff sensitive to my needs. I also find that Mychart is the best way to communicate with him and his staff. Keep up the good work
Cannot get office on phone, refuses to return calls regarding patient. You are at the mercy of an answering service only. We have waited and still waiting on call back for a month. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional
Horrible insensitive man. My mother (a mother of 5 and guardian of 2 additional) waited for an appointment after having two pretty serious seizures. She was scheduled at 8AM appointment and already had all new patient paperwork completed prior to arrival. Due Houston traffic she was showing to be a FEW minutes late. She called the front desk and they said as long as she was there before 8:15 it would be fine. She arrived at exactly 8:15 and the doctor still refused to see her. I really like Dr Blas, however I have called the office 3 times in the past week and I haven't got any response. His staff may very well cause me to find another provider. I have trigeminal neuralgia and have severe pain
Dr. Blas is the best neurologist I have EVER dealt with. He cares about his patients and their needs. Can’t go wrong here.
