I was diagnosed with Moyamoya almost 5 years ago. Not much is known about Moyamoya so it is a disease that I live with day to day, week to week, month to month and fortunately I have got to year to year with medications and awesome Doctors. Shout out to my neurologist Dr Blas and NP Colleen Manning!!
The super awesome Dr. Blas!!! He's the absolute very best there is in neurology. I adore his humor and bedside manners. He listens closely and to the very detail. If you have a complicated case, again, he's the best. AND, his office staff are the best ladies ever. So very friendly and kind. They treat everyone like family.
Dr. Appears to completely ignore prior health history. When he receives lab results from physicians he has referred you too, he does not share results with you. This is a direct violation of patient rights to their own medical information. Although results from medical texts were “significant”, he had an aid or secretary in his office relate information to me that did not reflect the testing.
