Outstanding Service & Dedication – Lorenzen Insurance goes beyond the the extra mile, they go the extra marathon to provide outstanding and professional services, as well as personally caring for and about their customers. They don't just close the door at 5pm and walk out..if you are running late they will wait for you and never make you feel like you are inconveniencing them in any way. They may not have invented "customer service" but they certainly have perfected it!!!!!!!
Hate all the paperwork – ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Barbara Lorenzen keeps me safe & sane. Keeps all my insurance in order- auto, home, business, umbrellas & health. Helps me to avoid thinking about what I don't like, but have to have - insurance. Great Staff & Great Attitude!
Lorenzen handles all types of insurance – Barbara & staff do a lot of extra work to make sure I am taken care of. Customer service is most important. Their advice has always been excellent and they have battled the insurance company for me and won! They keep on top of my policies and regularly update and review policies I should be following but don't. I trust them completely. Anything I need, whether it's auto, home, life, health or business insurance, they can handle. It's great to do it in one office.
