I needed to have outdoor faucet replaced ( accessed from basement ) and kitchen drain rodded. Received the most ridiculous quote from another plumbing company so I called Lorenz after reading reviews that seemed like they were from real customers. Gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone/msg which matched what I had in mind the job would cost. He was able to fit me in the same day. Chris was the plumber that came out.
