3.13.26 Shame on your crew for working on the landscaping in Oswego Mall, zip code 21215 and not cleaning up personal housing front yard after they leaf blew debris and dead bush leaves on my front. I addressed your worker and was assured by him they would take care of it to have them leave with it looking worse, how unprofessional!
Got stuck dealing with a long alley packed with snow and one of the drivers from Lorenz Inc, was flagged down and jumped in to help without hesitation. He finished clearing the rest of the alley and even put salt down. Super professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping my family and I out. This kind of service says a lot about the company. Appreciate them so much—highly recommend.
Lorenz did an outstanding job during our major snowstorm 1/27/26 and went well beyond what I expected!! They worked incredibly hard, cleared not only my driveway but also the road outside my house, and put down generous amounts of salt to make sure it was safe. Because of their efforts, I was able to get out onto the main road and make it to the hospital. What impressed me just as much was their integrity.
